Deleting your account
How to delete your FetePass account, in the app or by email, what is deleted and what is kept as a record.
Last updated 24 October 2026.
FetePass is in private preview. The software is complete and runs against the real systems it will run against in service — the same database, the same payment rail, the same gate. FetePass is operated by FeteLABS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. It holds no money-services licence and has not yet sold a real ticket. A few details are not settled yet — the postal address, the fee schedule and some retention periods — and they are marked to be confirmed before launch rather than invented. They will be filled in here, with a new date on this page, before FetePass sells its first real ticket.
During the preview: no FetePass balance holds real money — there is no FetePass balance to top up, and no payment method that could load one — and anything you are shown in a demonstration may be reset. Everything on the screen still comes from real data: FetePass does not put invented events, venues, prices or people in front of anyone, so an empty surface is an empty surface rather than a mock-up.
In the app
- Sign in to FetePass, in the app or on the website.
- Open your profile (your picture, top right) and scroll to the end.
- Tap Delete my account, type DELETE, and confirm.
It happens at once. If you are the only owner of a business or a shop, add another owner or close it first. A ticket you have listed for resale has to come off the market first, and a plan you pay for has to be cancelled.
By email
If you cannot sign in, email privacy@fetepass.ai from the address you sign in with and say you want your account deleted. We answer within one month.
What is deleted, and what is kept
Deleted: your profile, name, handle and pictures, your posts, follows, saved places and conversations, your wallet passes, and every signed-in session. Nothing comes back.
Kept, with no name on them: the records of tickets, bookings, orders and payments, because the businesses you dealt with and the law need them. The Privacy Notice says how long.
