Advertiser Terms

Terms for paid placements, sponsored deals and promoted events, including the disclosure and liability rules.

Last updated 23 September 2026.

FetePass is in private preview. The software is complete and runs against the real systems it will run against in service — the same database, the same payment rail, the same gate. What is not settled is the company behind it: FetePass is not yet incorporated, holds no money-services licence, and has not taken a real payment. So the registered company name and number, the registered office, the published contact addresses, the fee schedule and some retention periods are marked to be confirmed before launch rather than invented. They will be filled in here, with a new date on this page, before FetePass takes its first real payment.

During the preview: no real money moves — the fiat top-up is switched off in the product, not merely unlinked — and anything you are shown in a demonstration may be reset. Everything on the screen still comes from real data: FetePass does not put invented events, venues, prices or people in front of anyone, so an empty surface is an empty surface rather than a mock-up.

FetePass sells no advertising today. There are no campaigns, no placements and no advertiser accounts. These terms are published in advance so that the rules exist before the first one is sold.

1. What a placement is

A paid position in the app: a sponsored deal, a promoted event, or a placement on an island surface. Everything you book is an ad, is labelled as an ad, and is subject to these terms and to the Terms of Service.

2. Disclosure is not optional

Every paid placement carries a clear, visible label, in the placement itself, before someone interacts with it. You may not ask for a placement designed to read as editorial, as a FetePass recommendation, or as an ordinary post. The US FTC Endorsement Guides require a material connection to be disclosed clearly and conspicuously, and a disclosure tucked into comments or behind a link does not count. If you commission a creator to post about you, the Creator Terms apply to them and you must not ask them to hide the arrangement.

3. Your claims are yours

You are responsible for everything your creative says: that it is true, not misleading, and that you hold the evidence for it. You hold the rights in the artwork, the music and the names you use. If a claim in your ad costs us a complaint, a fine or a claim from a user, you cover it.

4. What will not be accepted

  • Gambling, prize draws, raffles and competitions without the permit the island requires; several of these islands regulate prize promotions.
  • Alcohol placements that target under-age users, imply drinking makes you successful or safer, or run on surfaces built for minors. Anguilla’s Public Utilities Commission restricts alcohol, gambling and political advertising in broadcast, and we apply the same restraint in the app.
  • Tobacco, vapes, weapons, and anything illegal in the island the ad would run in.
  • Financial products, investments and anything involving digital assets without evidence that you are licensed to offer them where the ad runs.
  • Political advertising. FetePass does not carry it.
  • Ads aimed at children.

We can refuse or pull any placement, with or without a reason, and we will refund the unused part if we do.

5. What you get, and what you do not

  • Targeting is by island and by surface. You cannot target an individual, and you never receive personal data about a user.
  • Reporting is aggregate: impressions, taps, redemptions. No user-level export.
  • You may not place your own tracking pixel, script or cookie in the app. If measurement ever requires non-essential storage, it goes behind a consent gate first, per the Cookie and Tracking Notice.

6. Booking, payment and cancellation

Rates, minimum spends, payment terms, invoicing currency and cancellation windows are to be confirmed before launch and will be in a rate card linked from this page before the first placement is sold. Delivery is measured by our own serving records.

7. Liability and law

We do not guarantee any result from a placement. Our liability for a campaign is limited to what you paid for it. Governing law is intended to be Anguilla and is to be confirmed before launch.

Questions, or something to report

Advertising enquiries go through the same route as everything else for now. Everything on this page can also be asked about through Contact.
