Venue and Promoter Partner Terms

Terms for venues, promoters and vendors who list, sell, scan or fulfil through FetePass, including payouts and attendee data.

FetePass is in private preview. The software is complete and runs against the real systems it will run against in service — the same database, the same payment rail, the same gate. What is not settled is the company behind it: FetePass is not yet incorporated, holds no money-services licence, and has not taken a real payment. So the registered company name and number, the registered office, the published contact addresses, the fee schedule and some retention periods are marked to be confirmed before launch rather than invented. They will be filled in here, with a new date on this page, before FetePass takes its first real payment.

During the preview: no real money moves — the fiat top-up is switched off in the product, not merely unlinked — and anything you are shown in a demonstration may be reset. Everything on the screen still comes from real data: FetePass does not put invented events, venues, prices or people in front of anyone, so an empty surface is an empty surface rather than a mock-up.

1. Who this is for

Anyone using a FetePass console: promoters listing and selling events, venues taking bookings, kitchens taking orders, and the staff who scan at a gate or work a counter. Signing in to a console accepts these terms on behalf of the business you are signing in for.

2. What you are responsible for

• Licences and permits. Public entertainment, liquor, food handling, music rights, prize draw or lottery permits where your island requires one, and anything else the event needs. We do not check them and we are not your regulator, but we will take a listing down if we are told it is unlicensed.
• The listing being true. Date, time, venue, line-up, what is included, restrictions, and the age limit. If it changes, change the listing.
• The rights in what you upload. Photos, artwork, logos, music in a clip. Upload nothing you cannot licence to us to display.
• The event itself. Safety, capacity, crowd management, refusal at the door, and anything that goes wrong on the night.

3. Prices and the all-in rule

FetePass shows one price from the first screen, including your fees and ours. You may not add a charge later in the flow that was not in that price. Misleading pricing is a live consumer protection issue in several of these islands, and it is also the fastest way to lose a Feter.

4. Selling through FetePass

• You are the seller. We sell as your agent, collect on your behalf, and hand the buyer a ticket on your terms.
• Your own event terms sit alongside the Terms of Service and cannot contradict them or take away a buyer’s legal rights.
• Cancellations, postponements and refunds are yours to honour. If you cancel, you fund the refunds.
• You set the resale rules for your event: whether resale is on, and the cap — face value, or face value plus a stated percentage. We enforce what you set and show it to buyers before they pay.
• You decide whether an ID match is required at the gate, and your staff do the matching. FetePass does not collect ID documents or face data.

5. Money

• Payouts are made in USDC on Solana to a payout account you control and verify. That account is stored where it cannot be read publicly.
• Cash you take at the door is yours; you record it in the console so the event reconciles.
• Event credit issued for cash is a balance at your event only. You choose whether unused credit is refundable and when it expires, and you tell buyers before they pay.
• Commission, payment fees, payout timing and any holdback are to be confirmed before launch and will be set out in a fee schedule linked from this page before the first live sale.
• Taxes on your sales are yours to charge, report and pay.

6. Attendee data

This is the part partners get wrong most often, so it is set out plainly.

• For your own event you receive the ticket holder’s name, ticket type and scan status. You decide what you do with that for your event, which makes you responsible for it under data protection law.
• You may use it to run the event and to contact holders about that event. You may not use it for unrelated marketing without your own consent from that person, and you may never sell, rent or pass it on.
• If a ticket holder asks you to delete their data, do it, and tell us if it affects the event record.
• You keep it no longer than you need it, and you keep it securely. If you lose it, tell us within 24 hours.

7. Deals and redemption

A deal you publish is an offer you have to honour on the terms shown, for the period shown, at the location shown. Withdrawing one early is possible; refusing a Feter who redeemed one properly is not.

8. Conduct, suspension and takedown

We can take down a listing or suspend a console for a breach of these terms, an unlicensed or unsafe event, unresolved refunds, or a pattern of complaints. Where we can, we tell you first and give you a chance to fix it. Money already owed to Feters is settled before anything else.

9. Liability and law

Each side is responsible for its own breaches and for its own regulatory obligations. Our liability to you for any month is limited to the fees we charged you in that month. Governing law is intended to be Anguilla and is to be confirmed before launch, along with the forum for disputes.
