How to reach FetePass for support, privacy requests, takedowns, press and partnership enquiries.

FetePass is in private preview. The software is complete and runs against the real systems it will run against in service — the same database, the same payment rail, the same gate. What is not settled is the company behind it: FetePass is not yet incorporated, holds no money-services licence, and has not taken a real payment. So the registered company name and number, the registered office, the published contact addresses, the fee schedule and some retention periods are marked to be confirmed before launch rather than invented. They will be filled in here, with a new date on this page, before FetePass takes its first real payment.
During the preview: no real money moves — the fiat top-up is switched off in the product, not merely unlinked — and anything you are shown in a demonstration may be reset. Everything on the screen still comes from real data: FetePass does not put invented events, venues, prices or people in front of anyone, so an empty surface is an empty surface rather than a mock-up.
Who we are
FetePass is a product of FeteLabs, at fetelabs.ai, managed and operated under Saltwater Brands — FetePass is not incorporated yet. A postal address for legal and privacy correspondence is to be confirmed before launch, and will be published here — a real address, not a form — before FetePass takes its first real payment. If a company takes FetePass over before then, its registered name, number and office go here instead. US email marketing law also requires a postal address on every marketing message, and that is the address that will be used.
How to reach us today
FetePass is in private preview and the dedicated mailboxes below are not open yet — they follow the company registration. Until they are, reach the FeteLabs Scientists at fetelabs.ai. We would rather say that plainly than publish an address that bounces.
What each route will be for
- Support
- A ticket that will not open, a gate that would not let you in, a refund that has not arrived, an order that never came. Tell us the event or order and the email on the account.
- Privacy and data requests
- A copy of your data, a correction, deletion, an export, or stopping marketing. Answered within one month. See the Privacy Notice.
- Takedown and copyright
- Content of yours used without permission, a profile you want removed, or a listing that should not be up. See the Creator Terms.
- Security
- A vulnerability or a data exposure. Report it before publishing it and we will work with you; we will not pursue anyone who reports in good faith and does not exploit what they find.
- Partners and advertising
- Listing an event, taking bookings, a payout question, or a placement. See the Partner Terms and the Advertiser Terms.
- Press
- Questions about FetePass, FeteLabs or an island edition.
How fast we answer
Privacy requests are answered within one month, everywhere, whatever your island’s law requires. A request to stop marketing is honoured within ten business days at the outside. A target for everything else is to be confirmed before launch, and will be published here rather than promised vaguely.
Complaining to someone else
You are always free to take a complaint to the consumer protection or data protection authority where you live, and you do not have to come to us first.
